Quality and comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow was too soft, usually I don't like a hard pillow but this pillow gives no support, I had to pile them one on top of the other or fold it in half; just needed more support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am disappointed at how fast it lost its shape -- I expected it to bounce back every day, but it doesn't. Years ago I bought a tempur-pedic pillow which served me well for twelve years. I guess those days are gone.
