Sleeps warm... I'm a side sleeper so I have to place another pillow under it... it's alright... glad it was free with mattress topper otherwise I would have probably returned it

Prior to using the cloud pillow I was diagnosed with arthritis in the neck causing constant pain on the right side of my neck. There was no treatment for this and I could only use pain medication if the pain was too much. After only 2-3 days using the pillow my neck pain decreased dramatically and I am now about pain free. The pillow is great.

I ordered this pillow thinking it would be a great pillow. I was wrong, and felt it was uncomfortable, and has no support. I called to see about returning, or exchanging the pillow. Unfortunately I didn't read the NO RETURN Policy. This pillow definitely did not change my life. If anything I am highly upset knowing I spent all this money on something I will never use. It's unfortunate they won't even let you exchange to try a different product. Lesson well learned

This pillow is awesome! I wish I bought two... Bought a Symphony pillow and does not compared to the quality of this! So soft, high quality and very comfortable. I do not stand behind Tempurdic not allowing returns! I would be so much happier if I could have had two of these! Don't waste your time with anything else, get the cloud!
