[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's just different. Like as soon as you lay on it you're like this isn't a normal mattress. I have lower back problems that kept me awake so this was much needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two of these pillows in June 2020 after my old pillows began to lose feathers and it's shape. It has been very comfortable to use. I like that it remains cool throughout my sleep and the height level of it. I definitely recommend it for improvements In sleep.

I am disappointed at how fast it lost its shape -- I expected it to bounce back every day, but it doesn't. Years ago I bought a tempur-pedic pillow which served me well for twelve years. I guess those days are gone.
