I have moderate neck and back pain post surgery... several years back. I was really hoping to love this pillow due to the promising comfort and accommodating/conforming of individual body shapes, but it did not satisfy me as anticipated. The pillow is cool temp and does feel soft to sleep on, but is it comfortable? Not really. That's what I'm all about... comfort. It actually feels better to sleep on my Ralph Lauren pillow :(

This is an excellent pillow especially if you are ordering online and not able to try to pillow ahead of time, it adapts to your head and sleeping position perfectly, offers support, while also having that 'cushy-cloud' feeling.

This pillow felt like it would work but after laying on it for one night, i woke up to neck pains again. I would have returned it but they do not provide returns on pillows, per their site return policy. Wish I could exchange it for another type of pillow. Probably works for others that like to sleep on something soft that contours to your head.

Decent quality just a little small and thin for my liking

The pillow was comfortable enough to fall asleep on but I woke up essentially with my head laying on the mattress. The pillow would be crushed like a pancake below my shoulders and head. I'm 6'4 185 pounds so it's not like I am overweight, would be nicer if they were a little thicker. I'll use them to lay on the couch but not to sleep on for prolonged periods of time.

I love memory foam but this is not firm enough for me. I don't recommend it for anyone who is enough firm more than soft pillows.
