When I first received this pillow and slept on it, I wasn't sure if I liked it. It was stiff and felt uncomfortable. But once I fell asleep, I slept better then I had in a long time. Now that I have slept on it for over a month it is not as stiff as the first time and am sleeping better then ever. I would recommend this as I do not wake up with a stiff neck or sore shoulders anymore.

It has been a long road trying to find the perfect pillow that suits my needs. I read many reviews in choosing this pillow, and gave it a fair amount of time to break into it, but even though it's a quality pillow it's a bit hard for me to feel the comfort I was looking for. I was truly hoping to like it. It's been complicating attempting to select the right one from tempur-cloud. What I now realize I needed was Tempur-pedic Temper-Cloud (soft & conforming). My aunt has that and I absolutely thing it's made of dreams for me. Unfortunately it's been over 90 days for me to exchange it (we had a baby and got too busy to exchange it).

This is a fantastic pillow. It's firm but not so much where it's hard. It's also not so thick to where I can lay on my side and my neck is still aligned pretty straight. My 3yr old daughter loves it too and tries her best to "steal" it from me. So we share :)

I've waited for years to buy nice pillows for me and my family. I finally did and used one of the four for one night. So uncomfortable and it squished down to almost nothing. Returns aren't allowed unless the product is damaged during shipping. Very unhappy.
