We have been temper owners for many years. We have one of the original mattresses and an adjustable base and mattress along with many pillows. I ordered a new set of temper cloud pillows and I thought they would be the same as the last ones we bought. They are construction well and are very high quality but they do not support the way the older ones did. When I first laid down on them I was like "wow what support". Then my head sunk into the pillow. Now I have to use 2 temper cloud pillows in order to receive the firmness that the first ones had. If you are looking for a more soft supporting pillow this is the pillow for you. If you need a little firmer pillow this isn't the pillow for you

I have owned a Tempurpedic cloud pillow since we first bought our Tempurpedic mattress. I was replacing that cloud pillow with what I thought was the newest version of the cloud pillow. But after purchasing it and trying it out, it was not the same at all. The new cloud pillow was much too soft and it felt like my head sunk immediately to the level of the mattress without any neck support.

I ordered 2 of these pillows. With owning cloud products figured it would be great, came on looking for the cloud soft and conforming but has been removed from the line so went with this one. If you aren't a back sleep only that never touches with your hands or arms while you sleep then then you wont like it, if your a back sleeper only that never moves then it's for you. @tempur-pedic very unsatisfied, you guys need to bring the cloud soft and conforming back!

Just received 2 pillows tried out one, very disappointed, went by reviews. Will call and hopefully will replace with a good neck pillow.

works well for back sleeping but not side sleeping

These came free with toppers and we're not fans. Fine for back sleeping, but that's not where we spend most of our time. Crush to nothing, rapidly, for side sleeping. Instead of 'giving' a free pillow, maybe Tempurpedic could allow customer to 'choose' a free or equivalent value towards a free pillow. Then you could get the one that suits your sleeping style. Live and learn.....

I love this pillow! I instantly knock out when I rest my head on it. Best pillow I have ever owned in my life and I will never buy a different product. I haven't felt neck pain in about two years since I've owned the pillow n mattress! Customer for life!!

Pillow is great but gets flat very quickly. I find myself flipping the pillow over several times just to get the right sleep. Worth it if you can get a good deal on it. Try looking into a different pillow if you like there to be stability. I would consider this a pancake pillow. Have recently switched back to my old pillow with more stability.
