Good at first

I have chronic neck pain,& have owned a mattress from tempur pedic so was hoping the pillows would bring the same comfort. In the beginning it was good, but within less then 4 months I was hurting like all the other pillows I've tried. More money down the drain....

Goes very flat

If you are ok with a flatter pillow then this will work for you. Where the head "sinks in" to the pillow causes the memory foam to flatten out at that point, and does not feel supportive at all.

Don't waste your money

These pillows are awful. They have a very strong chemical smell. So bad we won't use them. Customer service was no help. So upsetting!

To soft for a back sleeper

To soft for a back sleeper and just ok for a side sleeper. I prefer a firmer pillow that I don't sink in. My wife will not even use hero's, it gives her headaches. We took off the zipper covers it came with and took a full week to air out the smell. We also ordered the cooling covers which was a waste of money as well. Since these items are non returnable, we put them in the guest room. We were going to buy a king sized bed but due to the return policy on products. We will be buying elsewhere.

Neck/Shoulder pain from the pillows

I bought two of these pillows and they did not last long. My husband and I started waking up with neck and shoulder pain from these pillows. There is no support in these pillows. They started out great but did not even last a year.
