I tried this pillow in the store on the Tempurpedic mattress I ended up buying. The mattress is OK, but the pillow is still too hard after almost 6 months. I've gone back to my old pillow because this one gives me a stiff neck. I am a petite back sleeper. Pillows, like mattresses, are very individual, as are body types and sizes. This pillow doesn't work for me, but might be fine for you.

I purchased two pillows and I hate them. They feel stiff and just very uncomfortable even after trying to "break them in" I wanted to return them immediately but due to the Terms and conditions for returns I was unable to.

I'm very picky about my pillows and this exceeded my expectations. Somehow this pillow seems to work for people who like very soft, moldable pillows like me as well as people who like harder pillows like my boyfriend. It's a bit of magic. For those that like soft pillows, the first 1-4 days it seemed a little bit high and structured for my liking but that went away and I now love it. Side note- it does have a bit of smell the first weekish. It will go away.

Thank goodness this rotten thing was free when I ordered the mattress topper! From the minute I unpacked it I thought it was horrible. Specifically...it smelled vile! I called Customer Service to inquire about a replacement but because it was "free" it could not be replaced. The CS representative told me to "knead" the pillow for several minutes repeatedly and the smell would go away eventually. I did this and it did lessen but it still smelled like old cigarette smoke. In the end I gave it away to someone who said they wanted to try it! Good luck with that. I would NEVER recommend anyone buy this. Plus, it was like a rock...a smelly rock! YUCK.
