The pillow is manufactured with typical Tempurpedic high quality but is unfortunately far too soft. The pillow's memory foam quickly compresses almost completely flat under your head and provides minimal support. I would have immediately returned the two I purchased if Tempurpedic's policy allowed.

Love the quality of this pillow but being that I am a small petite woman I feel the elevation of the pillow is a little too much. Perhaps if it came in different elevations, it would help.

I bought two Tempur-Cloud pillows as part of a bundle with a purchase of a Tempur-Pedic pillow. I intended it to be an extra pillow used on occasion. Even though I've had many Tempur-Pedic pillows in the past, the one I purchased this time was uncomfortable. I tried the Tempur-Cloud pillow as a substitute. It is now my regular sleeping pillow. I like that the Tempur-Cloud firmness is softer - still supportive, but squishier than the too-firm Tempur-Pedic. In a perfect world, I'd love a pillow made of the same materials as a Tempur-Cloud (with the squishy soft texture) but in the curved profile like a Tempur-Pedic pillow. That would be awesome!

Honestly, I was really hoping this pillow would help me sleep better, and I have mostly just been disappointed with it. When it arrived, I thought it was soft and a bit thin, but figured that was part of the design. Maybe this works well for people who sleep on their backs, but I sleep on my side. This pillow makes it feel like there is barely anything under my head and supporting my neck unless I scrunch it under my head. If it were adjustable for thickness or firmness with the original price I'd say this was great. As far as I know, I'm out the money and this pillow is kind of lackluster for the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best Pillow I have ever had... I wish I bought it long time ago.... no more back pain and it's very comfortable so I sleep well... there's is nothing I don't like about it... I recommended this to friends and family and they're so happy they purchased too.
