I just gave birth and had trouble sleeping comfortably so when I saw this pillow I told myself, "I deseve a goodnight sleep!" True enough, first night to use, it felt very comfortable! I'm glad I made this purchase!

I wish the two I bought would have been a little firmer. They are an almost rating. Meaning almost perfect. For the most part I am happy with the purchase. I plan on buying more, but the next time I will call in to see if I can find pillows that are somewhat firmer. Recommended with a question mark.

This Pillow is the worst ever. I bought this product because I was having neck discomfort and I was hoping it will give me the support I needed but very disappointed. When you lay your head on it, it disappears under your head, you don't even know you have a pillow. It's flat, become so small no support at all It's extremely soft that it's provides no support whatsoever. I called the customer service line to ask if I can exchange the item for a firmer pillow, and was told it can't be return nor exchange. I only used it for a day. Total Waste of my hard earned money. Very disappointed and differently not buying here again.

The profile of this pillow is so thick and it doesn't squish enough for a stomach sleeper to ever use comfortably. I'm so sad I wasted my money and they don't take pillow returns.
