BEWARE NON-RETURNABLE ITEM

This collapses & does not hold its shape. It goes flat when you lay on it. I am stuck with 2 pillows that are still new in plastic in the box because Temour-Pedic does not stand behind their products & some how thinks that a pillow is a more personable item than a mattress that you sleep on for 90 days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I enjoy how it maintains it's natural shape after each use. It makes me feel like it'll last a long time, unlike my other pillows. My girlfriend has had the TEMPUR-Symphony pillow for years and that one is very comfortable as well with great neck support. Thanks for the support Tempurpedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure if I'd like it at first because it is firmer than my previous pillow, however, when you lay your head on it, you will see why it's called "cloud"! It supports your head and neck without any resistance. My neck pain was gone after the first night's sleep! Highly recommend this pillow!

I love this pilliow. I'm mostly a back sleeper but I start on my side and this is enough support to do so, while not craning my neck up when I'm on my back. The side walls are the difference maker. It allows the pillow to tuck up nicely for cranial support and the weight of my head allows for a natural alignment with this foam density. For these reasons, I really wish I could buy this in a king size. I've tried the adjustable but it inevitably winds up lumped wrong like a traditional poly or down pillow. The cooling is too firm and I run cold already. The choose-your-height doesn't have side walls in the soft. So, Tempurpedic, just sell me a king or two!
