I never got to use this pillow though I would have loved to. The chemical smell was so prevelent that even after being outside for three weeks, it still wreaked of chemical off gassing fumes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Suggested by my son who just bought one. Liked it so much bought one for me and four for my daughters' family. Turn over after each use and the pillow fluffs right back up. Comfort is excellent for a good night sleep.
