Good quality, just too soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product to put on top of my boyfriend's mattress because I have a Temperpedic and love it. The topper is just too soft. It's suppose to be medium firm, but it just doesn't feel like it to me. I will be filing a claim under the warranty as instructed to do so by a Temperpedic customer service member. Other than my own personal preference this topper is great quality!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've always been a fan of down pillows, but after a while needed to change it up and the first night with my cloud foam proved I made the right choice. Soft yet supportive, and always cool to the touch, I haven't had a bad nights sleep yet and I don't plan on looking at another pillow again.

Super comfy, feels amazing and a great night of sleep every night! A few have commented about it being "hot." I've found that lighter blankets/sheets on top resolve this easily on the occasional night I've been hot.
