Comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the topper to supplement my fairly new other name brand bed. It's given me the softness I wanted. My first mattress had a ripped seam in the cover. Called customer service to ask for a replacement cover. They sent me another mattress. Can't guarantee the quality of the quality since the seam had come apart. Still waiting for the selected freight company to come pick it up. Love this company and their products!

Very comfortable with health benefits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow cradles the neck very well, and is comfortable. It has a good balance of give and support. I used to have frequent neck pain before getting the Cloud pillow, but now the pain is largely gone. Another benefit is that I am snoring less frequently; if I were to take a guess it's probably because my head is now more level instead of being propped up at an angle from a lesser quality pillow.

If a cloud was a pile of concrete

This pillow turns into a hard rock under your head. I don't think my head is heavy... maybe it is... but regardless something that is advertised as cloud should act as such and not collapse into a hard surface that makes my ears hurt. I'm disappointed that I can't return (which I knew buying it but I truly though that a respectable company like tempurpedic would have pillows that live up to their name and description). I am honestly surprised you can't return though because all competitors allow returns. So disappointing that I put my money and trust in a company for their name... next time I'll go with a company that stands by their product and offers returns/exchanges if the consumer doesn't agree with their claims.

Goes flat in seconds

My husband and I decided to try these pillows due to all the great reviews, but this was just not for us. This pillow is very soft, but it goes flat in about 5 seconds, and it's pretty much like sleeping without a pillow. After about a month of using the pillow, it seemed to stay in it's flat position and never really got it's fluff back. If you have neck or back issues, this is not a great pillow, in fact it's added to my neck pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
