Great pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow several months ago and I have no complaints. I had bought and tried several different other pillows before buying this one. This is the best pillow I have ever slept on. No neck pains. It's so soft, but a little firm at the same time. I would highly recommended to anyone!

Disappointed

I was swayed by the positive reviews saying that this pillow is the most comfortable, relieves pain and soreness, etc. How could I go wrong, right? I even went to a store and demo'd the pillow and it seemed fine. Several reviewers say that they doubted it at first but have become converts. I am mainly a back sleeper and I've used a memory foam wedge type pillow for years so this seemed like the next step. Wrong! This pillow is strangely heavy and lifeless. I don't like the feel of the pillow or the absence of flexibility. I am able to fall asleep using it but in the middle of the night it awakens me because it is "just there" and doesn't provide any sense of comfort or luxury like a good pillow. So, I have to change back to my other memory foam wedge. It feels like a barge it is so heavy and I must totally remove it from the bed. I let my daughter try it when she was visiting and she also was not impressed. She said that it might be good for reading it's so dense. When I called customer service, of course it can't be returned so I will put it on a guest bed in the event that someone else actually likes this pillow. Lesson earned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No more flat pillows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I slept with two pillows prior to this pillow. This pillow keeps its shape and doesn't go flat. This is the only pillow I need now for a good night of rest.

Don't buy. This pillow is very small. A child could use this pillow but not an adult.
