I sleep on my stomach, side and back and was getting a sore neck as my pillow wasn't providing enough support but was worried about getting a pillow that was too firm. I did a lot of research and this pillow sounded like it provided the right level of support and comfort (softness). I really like the pillow and it had definitely helped with my neck pain. It's great for back and stomach sleeping, however I agree with other reviewers that for a predominantly side sleeper something a bit higher would be better. I am happy with it as it would be difficult to find a pillow that could cater for all sleeping positions.
