I had lots of Neck issues and needed a pillow that was not too soft or Too hard. Tempur cloud was that perfect In the middle support I needed. I sleep well and feel Rested With no neck pain.

I've gotten to the point where I will spend just about any amount of money for a great pillow. Unfortunately, I spent the money on a not so great pillow. Not comfortable in my opinion and I felt that it fell flat when I laid on it. I use it as a second pillow under a pillow I actually like or as a spare. Gave my other one to my daughter.

We first got one free with our supreme topper. My husband was in love as soon as he laid down. So I ordered 2 more and I am happy with the quality and the comfort. This is high praise from my husband as he has not been happy with a pillow in 25yrs. Now he wont sleep without his. I was skeptical as I have an original pillow from tempurpedic that we got when we got our first mattress. But I am very happy with the comfort of this one as well. I reccomend tempurpedic to anyone I talk to about mattresses and pillows. We have been hooked for almost 20yrs now. And will never go back to regular mattress, ever!

Good pillow - not great for side sleeper

I think the pillow is good quality. The pillow is soft on the head and ears, but it is a thick or large pillow (sits up high), and I have had consistent neck pain using for the first month I have had it. I sleep mostly on my side, so it may not be ideal for a side sleeper. I would also say that the smell of the material hasn't gone away after one month. So I'm not a huge fan, though I can see where it may be fabulous for others.
