not as good as I expected

It sounds like these pillows work for a lot of people, but I was disappointed. I'm a smaller person and they are sort of just too bulky for me, it feels like my neck has to awkwardly reach up onto them. Also they came with a really weird smell that still hasn't gone away after a few months. I would prefer a flatter pillow that doesn't smell weird. Too bad they are not returnable.

This pillow has been a game changer for a better sleep experience. No more stiff neck and waking up to fluff pillow. Also don't seem to get as hot in the neck area at night. Thank you for a great product!

A near-perfect pillow

Pillow preference is not universal. There are many factors determining what will contribute to a good night's sleep, as well. I tried the Tempur-Cloud pillow because of the Tempurpedic reputation and the fact that I had purchased different pillows from them in the past, which are no longer made. This one is really nice, comfortable, keeps its form and shape, gives excellent head and neck support, and is not too expensive for the average consumer. I highly recommend it for its quality, construction, weight, and feel.

Restful and Neck Pain

I have bought many of pillows over my adult life and have finally found one that allows me to get a good night's rest with no neck pain when I wake up in the morning. I love my Tempur-Cloud pillows and highly recommend them to those shopping around for new pillows!
