You can't return it! Try in store before buying.

I have been sleeping on this pillow for 3 weeks and I'm pretty sure I don't like it. It's too firm for me, even though it says "extra soft." It gives me headache. The worst thing is that you cannot return it (which was my fault. I should have read about the return policy before buying. But I assumed that if you can return a mattress, you can return pillows as well. Also, most of Tempur-Pedic competitors offer a trial period for pillows). Don't buy this pillow just because of the good reviews. Try it in store first.

Way too firm

I historically sleep with a down pillow and sleep on with my side or back. This tempurpedic pillow was way to firm. Even on my side my head was propped way up, not in line with the rest of my spine at all. I had a terrible neck ache after the first two days with the pillow. I thought I needed to get used to it so I have it a whole week... only got worse. Switched back to my old down pillow and no issues...

Too small

These are smaller and not as comfortable as the original Tempur Cloud pillow. I would not order again. I've ordered another pillow hated that one to. I will find one I like that is like or similar to the original tempur cloud. I don't know why you changed it the original was awesome and comfortable. I still have it but it's old and I want to get new ones. We just decided to continue to sleep on the old cloud pillows. We use the newer tempur pillows for guest who don't know any better. Disappointed.

I love this pillow! I am trying to train myself to be a back sleeper and this pillow is soft enough to support my neck and help relieve my pressure points without elevating it to an uncomfortable angle. My only complaint is that Tempurpedic does not make it in a travel size so I can bring my favorite pillow when I travel! If anyone at Tempurpedic is reading this please make a travel version of the Tempurpedic Cloud pillow ASAP!!

Goes flat...nothing like the quality of the old Cloud pillow

I have an old Cloud pillow from 2013 that is far better than the new one...the new one is soft...but it goes flat. It doesnt maintain a certain integrity like the old Cloud pillow. It never fully flattened out. Tempur-Pedic quality has gone down the drain it seems. Now it seems all their products are made in Mexico/China. I have a mattress that still is amazing from the 90s...guess where its made? Sweden...quality...unlike today...sad

Comfort pillow

Hadn't slept on down pillows in many years, and wasn't sure I could go back to one, but this one is extremely comfortable for any position. Just love it!

A little too thin

Doesn't really provide much neck support. Too much of you stack 2 together. All in all, very quality made pillows but I won't be ordering another set due to the lack of neck support and the pillow being too thin.
