For me I sleep very hot and this pillow doesn't help. I guess the comfort level is ok, but I'm always so hot.

This pillow is super soft and comfy for about the first 20 seconds... Then it goes so flat that I can't use it anymore.

Comfortable pillow but doesn't hold its shape as well as I imagined it would. It is a little on the firm side for not being as supportive as I wanted. It is an improvement over any other pillow I've owned.

Too high ..

Pillows are too high not only for me, my hubby feels that way also. And it's smelly, not good smell. I did laundry covers but the smells doesn't go much. So I checked inside. It seems regualr spongy but has crack and holes like cheese. I don't know if this is regular or only mine.. I would not recommend to any one. I am back to my old pillow.

Best Pillow Ever

Honestly didn't think a pillow could get better than my Purple pillow that I have love so much. But honestly enjoyed this pillow so much more. It adapts nicely to any of your needs. I change positions frequently and this adapts to those positions.

Too Dense; Not Returns/Exchanges

I've always loved Tempurpedic mattresses and thought the pillows would be an easy win. This pillow sinks into a dense, shallow pad and it's uncomfortable in any sleeping position. With no returns and no exchanges, this purchase has been a pricey waste.

Best Pillow I have slept on

I've had a lot of trouble staying asleep in recent years. Some also has to do with the pillows that I've been sleeping on. I evaluated a bunch of different pillows that claimed to be the best available, but eventually I decided on this Tempur pillow due to the reputation of Tempurpedic bedding from people that I know who own them. When I finally received my pillow, I immediately took it out of the packaging and put it into a pillow case, and put my head on it. I loved how my head seemed to sink into the pillow but everything around my head remained firm. It's a loving embrace, I'd say. I slept on it initially that night, and have not looked back since. I can report that I have had better nights with more full sleep. I still do a fair amount of tossing and turning, but not because I am fighting with the pillow. I have not had to flip it over to find the "soft" spot, or the "cool" spot. The pillow is still as fantastic now as it was when I first got it a bit more than a month ago. The only negative thing I will say about it is its weight. It is quite heavy for a pillow, but given what it is made of, I expected it to be heavier than even my wife's feather pillows, so not really a negative.
I would recommend this to a friend!
