[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are okay overall, but not great. I was expecting something much more supportive from tempur-pedic, especially at the price point. The first few nights with them were very difficult as it felt like my head went straight to the mattress compared to the firmer pillow I had been using before. However, after getting used to them, I like them a little better better. Still not quite the support I need, but not too bad. I think the next level up of firmness would be better for us, but since we can't return and these are expensive, we're going to use them for the time being.

I recently needed a new pillow and thought this one was most like the ones I have owned in the past. I purchased two, one for my husband and one for me. This thing is flat. There is no support at all. Your head immediately sinks to the bottom of the mattress. I'm a small women (5'4, 124 lbs) and my head falls through. My husband complained the first night. Tempurpedic has no returns on pillows, so we are stuck with them. I'm incredibly disappointed. I won't be purchasing another Tempurpedic pillow. Instead I am trying another company that offers returns. It's unfortunate because I have loved all my other Temperpedic purchases.
