Good but not their best pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this pillow online thinking it was the same as one I already had, but it was different. I did not like the support it gave, but my son loved it. There was no return policy, so I gave it to him. Next time I go to the store to find my Tempur pillow.
