[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very finicky about my pillow. I used a down filled one for years and it finally got flat as can be. I was worried that the Tempur Cloud pillow would not be soft enough. Not only is it perfect, I tried using my old down pillow again as a test and I now cannot sleep good without the tempur cloud.
