Flattens when sleeping on it, feels like laying on a rock

I purchased this pillow based on all the raving reviews but I am starting to think these must be fake reviews as this pillow flattens as you sleep on it. I wake up feeling like my head is on a rock and with a stiff neck, there is no neck support whatsoever. Unfortunately these CANNOT be returned or exchanged so the 2 for $99 deal is not such a deal after all. Lesson learned I guess.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
