I had just had shoulder surgery and suffered from sharp pain during my recovery period. I could not sleep on my right side and spent many a sleepless night tossing and turning, looking at the clock just inch forward in time. When I put the topper on and added my new pillow, I was dubious, thinking I might not adjust, or if I did, it would be a long adjustment period. The quality for the price can't be beat, first night using them I was able to get a full nights rest and did not wake up with annoying neck/shoulder pain. As mentioned in reviews and videos this pillow is not ideal for side sleepers. I tend to move around a lot at night and when I find myself side sleeping the pillow does not feel as comfortable. Other than that instance the pillow purchase has been great!
