The first few nights it felt awkward but I had no neck pain. Now a couple weeks later I love this pillow! My head melts into it and I can sleep soundly on my back or side.

Been using this pillow for a month - can't differentiate from my other pillows except that it's slightly heavier. Hasn't changed sleep at all. It's a good pillow - just not worth the money in my opinion.. i would probably have returned it had I had the option to.
