[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this pillow however it is too soft for me, I need more neck support. The last tempur pillow I bought about 4 years back was perfect, It was soft and melted nicely but also held up well to support my neck and cervical spine. I would say if you do not have any issues that would prevent you from having a soft pillow this is the one to get.
