[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was a let down. It's pretty rigid, waists your head high abs is not ultra comfortable. Worst thing is there is a zero return policy. So even if you are unhappy you are stuck with it. I definitely regret buying it.

While not as tall as my previous pillow, the Cloud has exceeded expectations so far (I can't comment on durability yet). Its comfortable and adapts well when I need support to prop up my head to read in bed.

Bought 2 more, gave one to my daughter-in-law, she loved it so had to give one to my son. So after owning one and buying 4 more I only have one again. Guess I have to buy 2 more now.
