[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new pillow, though it is firmer than advertised. I wish it was as soft as they say. It still does a great job of supporting my neck and head. I have a lot of head and neck damage from a fall off a horse, so removing pressure points is essential. This pillow does that.

I would recommend this to somebody with neck pain but if you're a side sleeper you should get something a bit bigger.
