[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my ever first tempur pedic product purchase, and I bought 2 of the Tempur-cloud pillows. Easily the best quality I've ever felt in a pillow. The outer quilting has a very soft and luxurious feel to the touch, the memory foam is durable, yet still responsive, and I love the design of it. My main concern about memory foam products is the trapping of heat. And even though these pillows are not marketed as having any "cooling" features, they keep quite cool all night long! Very pleased. My only mark is that they are little too soft for my overall liking. As I am a combination side and back sleeper, sometimes the pillow doesn't feel as supportive as I had hoped. Would confidently recommend this pillow to anyone, but especially for someone who primarily are back sleepers. Incredible product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I once had the perfect pillow, but it seems to be discontinued . This pillow seemed very similar, but i actually hate it. I'm getting used to it, but it causes neck soreness and not a good quality sleep.

My husband and i wanted to love this pillow so much. After reading all of the reviews, how could we not? This has caused tremendous neck and shoulder issues for us. Not the right pillow. Unfortunately we cannot return it, and it is now a waste. Our pillows before were great, just old and needed to be updates. We thought these pillows would be the great update. Service, delivery and packaging is the reason why i am not giving less stars.
