Saved my nights

It is the best pillow I've had in years. I've been having trouble trying to find a good pillow for so long, and I absolutely love this one. I'm a back/side sleeper, and it's just perfect. I'm glad I can finally have a good night of sleep again. I just wish they had it on king size.

It gets TOO FLAT and skinny

I bought it and tried it for 3 days, it got too flat after a minute of placing my head in it. It gave me neck pain, and the worse part was the customer service. After emailing customer service to return or exchange the product, they responded that their policy is that they can't accept returns. I'm so disappointed, and now I have an expensive pillow in my house that I cannot return, exchange, or use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cloud pillows are certainly not fluffy

Tempurdic makes amazing beds but their Cloud pillows are at the other extreme. I purchased two about two months ago on the web. Unfortunately they flatten minutes after putting your head down. The pillows are heavy and appear to be some sort of memory foam but not what should be used for pillows. I may have just received a couple of bad ones - I strongly suggest you look/feel the pillows before purchase.

From cloud to pancake

The pillow starts off nice and soft. Puffed up nicely. And then the second you lay your head on it... pancake. It hurts my neck and i regret buying it. I tried to return it but I got no where with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow! I visited my mom and had to sleep on normal pillows and I was so happy to come back to my tempur pedic. I have back and neck problems and this pillow has helped a lot. When I first got the pillow it took a few nights to get used to it but it was worth it.

The best pillow I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it will always be as thick and cushy as it was on Day 1. It is super comfortable, and it is more flexible than my other foam pillows, which makes it easier to snuggle with.
