[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a plate in the back and when I lay on my back with all the pillows I've bought before my neck hurt real bad. I purchased this pillow and couldn't believe how good it felt. My wife tried it and at her request I just finished ordering another one. I've read other reviews and can assure you it has no smell, it came in a Tempur-Pedic box and was well wrapped. The most comfortable pillow I've ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is not too soft but just enough to contour my head shape that makes it very comfortable. Just make sure you use a cotton or softer pillow protector and not the polypropylene fabric ones. I used a poly fabric pillow protector at one point and it kind of constricted the pillow flow and it made it a bit uncomfortable because of the rigidity of the polypropylene. Ended up taking it off and the pillow worked so much better.

Weightless and cool with just enough support that your head feels like it's floating. I should have ordered the larger version as this feels more standard in size but very pleased with the purchase. No feathers to poke you, just comfortable and a great pillow.
