Great for Back Sleepers with an Adjustable Base Mattress

I found this pillow to be the most comfortable and supportive while laying on my back with the bed in an inclined position. My head sinks into the pillow quite a bit but the pillow provides just enough support so that my shoulders sink into the mattress naturally (when the base is on an incline). When the bed is completely flat, this pillow feels too soft. Also, I do not recommend this pillow for side sleepers since the pillow has more of a cloud-like super soft fluffy feel to it opposed to a memory foam feel. When I try sleeping on my side with this pillow, the alignment of my neck, head, and shoulders is not as good as it is with the Essential Support pillow. However, if you are primarily a back sleeper and you prefer to sleep on an incline, I highly recommend this pillow--especially if you want to feel the natural therapeutic benefits of the mattress without having the pillow conflict with it. (Please note that I use this pillow with the Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt Medium mattress and this review is subjective as the pillow can take on a totally different feel with various mattress styles/models in addition to personal preference).

My husband gave me the cloud pillow for Christmas. I wanted to try it so much and I'm so glad I have it now. It is so soft yet so supportive. Your face never sinks into the pillow and it's perfect no matter which position you sleep in. The only other one just as nice or maybe more supportive would be the Essential. This pillow never gets hot. I love it!

Flattens out when sleep on it

If you need a more structured pillow this is not the product for you. It flattens out as you sleep on it. The BOGO deal is awesome BUT make sure you read their return policy as you CANNOT Return/Exchange. I suggest you finding a store near you to feel the pillow before buying it online.

Comfortable and cool

I've been using these pillows for almost a year now and I cannot imagine being without them. I've even taken one traveling with me which took up half a suitcase...lol. I guess I need to invest in a travel size. Anyway, I've read a couple reviews I'd like to address. 1. A bad smell. I experienced the same thing. However, I was able to get rid of it by washing the covers twice and using Febreeze twice letting the pillows fully air out each time. No problems since. I also bought bamboo pillow covers that are super soft, hypoallergenic and protect the pillow & it's cover even more. 2. Stating the pillow is hard as a brick. I experienced this as well, but it was only a matter of getting used to the pillow. They are firm, yes...but they gradually form to your head/neck shape and become wonderfully comfortable. Give it a chance to impress you. The only draw back I've had is they run a little smaller than traditional standard queen pillows and some pillowcases are too big.

They are comfortable when accompanied with another pillow. I feel like they should be a little thicker. Overall the quality is great but they seem thin.

I love everything about products from Tempur-pedic. Except when the discontinue something you love so much. I would never own a pillow or mattress other than this brand.

Never going back

I never give five star reviews but, for this product I have to. The commercials you've seen are real. If you wake up with a crick in your neck it's time to switch to tempur-cloud. Best pillow ever. So much so I got one for my bed at my parents house and one for my boyfriends house. Was being too much of a hassle to bring back and forth. Got another for my mom and another for my boyfriend. They love it. Worth the price. There's a big difference in the comfort and support vs. normal pillows. Blissful sleep every night. Yes. Nothing to note about any cons to the product. Thanks Tempurpedic!
