Didn't last 1/2 of one night...

Please know that I have had Tempur-pedic mattresses and pillows for over 15 years, so many of their products are great. Unfortunately, this was the worst pillow I have ever used. In less than 1/2 a night, I had so much neck, shoulder, upper back pain, that I had to get up for an hour or two to relieve the pain. Maybe I purchased the wrong pillow, I don't know, but for me, this pillow just didn't work...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Neck Stiffness!

I am a stomach and side sleeper, and for as long as I can remember, I've been using flat down or down alternative pillows to get the pillow depth I need to be comfortable. As I've gotten older, I've realized I wake up with my pillow paper thin, and my neck in a horrible bunch. I've just gotten used to neck stiffness as part of my morning! I ordered 2 Cloud Pillows on Black Friday for my partner and myself, and slept on it for the first time last night. And HOLY SMOKES, I don't have a stiff neck!! I forgot what this was like. Even as a stomach and side sleeper, the pillow gives the contour I need to be comfortable, but also with alllll the support. I can't believe I've been sleeping without it for so long! The pillow is also lightweight for the material -- I remember Tempurpedic pillows of yester-year feeling like it had weights inside. I'm looking forward to many more sleep-ful nights with my Tempurpedic pillow, and many more pain-free mornings!

This pillow is by far the worst. Your head weighs it down and it feels like your head is resting on a Rock!

Wonderful pillow

I've been using this pillow for probably close to a year now and it's amazing. It's a great height and provides good support. I sleep on my back, side, and stomach throughout the night and it's comfortable in all positions. My old "traditional" pillows frequently caused inner ear pain in the middle of the night and that has not been an issue since I started using these. Highly recommend, it's definitely worth the price!

While I am sure it is a product many like, it did not work for me. It feels like I am sleeping on a brick. It's hard to believe a company the size of Tempurpedic would not have a customer satisfaction policy.

It's comfortable but has a strong smell

I really like the pillow, it has helped me sleep. Plus i got it at a good price but idk if it's worth it. I bought two and both have a strong smell. It doesn't smell dirty. It's like a manufactured smell. I honestly can not describe it but it fills the room. I tried washing the pillow cover but it only helped slightly. It's defintley coming from the foam. I don't know how to get rid of the smell. I truly hope it wears off.

This is our second purchase, as we lost our home and contents in hurricane Harvey. It speaks wonders to buy this again. We have owned the SLEEP NUMBER SPLIT KING, and replaced it with this bed. The TEMPUPEDIC CLOUD SUPREME surpasses all past beds we have owned hands down.

Finally, quality sleep

What a noticeable improvement in my sleep with this pillow! I sleep in one position deeply for hours and wake up without my usual fatigue. And no plumping or punching the pillow required, it's just the same every night. I'd like it to be about 1" higher, but that seems easily fixed with a folded towel underneath. It did have a very strong unpleasant smell when I first unpacked it, and I let it air out for a week, and now the smell is undetectable. It's definitely the best pillow I've ever owned, and with a 5-year warranty I expect it will be one of the most cost-effective.
