The causes eluded me, but I've narrowed it down to stress and sleep position (read: unsupportive pillows). I've invested a lot of money in new pillows, finding moderate improvements. I stumbled on these pillows a few months ago and I'm so pleased. Absolutely comfortable and supportive...without being overly firm and stiff. I'm a side sleeper and these are ideal.
