[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy this pillow as it is very comfortable and the right firmness for me. I sleep on my back and side and the pillow works well for either sleep position. The only negative thing is that the size is a bit small as I prefer a queen size.

For the first 10 seconds of laying on this pillow it is like laying on a cloud, then it turns into a solid board of compressed pain. Every night I sleep on this pillow I get neck pain. I've moved back to my original pillow. The compressed state of the pillow does not work for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
