Very disappointed with customer service

I have purchased 2 sets of these exact pillows. The first set was amazing, I absolutely love them. Purchased a second set for a second home and they are not the same and awful. They go completely flat when laying on them and give zero pillow support. I contacted customer support and they said there's nothing wrong with them since they are not visibly damaged and they will not warranty them. I very politely disagreed with them with an explanation and was told again they do not find any issues, will not replace them and it is a comfort preference. These pillows are too expensive for the risk of them being completely defective with no return or warranty option unless they have a visible tear or damage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

very soft compared to the older version of the same pillow. Brand new and dur to no return on pillows, it goes right to the garbage. DO NOT BUY!

Best pillow for my neck pain!

I'm just ordering 2 more with BOGO. I've owned 4 between me and my 2 kids and they love them too!! I had neck pain before this pillow...no more neck pain!!

I have had neck problems for the longest time (years and years), and had my chiropractor recommended this pillow... I was skeptical at first, because it's a bit flat.. Though let me tell you, this pillow is the only pillow I will ever sleep on again! My neck pain has been alleviated!!!! I even had to order another pillow so I can have one for back up just in case anything ever happened to this pillow (and you can always use one between your legs for side sleeping).

Much needed upgrade for better sleep. Soft, comfort, plush and easy to wash I have no regrets about this purchase. I will be buying another pair soon for the kids.

Comfortable but still hot

I sleep hot and used a small neck support tempurpedic pillow for about 15 years with a silk cover that helped it not get too hot. I switched to the Tempur-cloud thinking it would be cooler but it is still hot for me. However, it is very comfortable. I just have to find the right pillow case to help keep it smooth and cooler.
