[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 2010 temperppedic pillow i replaced had big 6" tall 27" long loved it never slept so well. Replacing it was not easy the cloud too soft had to use cloud pillow and made an insert from shredded foam to add to it try to achieve original pillow quality. Still have neck pain ( never felt with original pillow) but able to get 2 or 3 hours sleep on cloud each night.

This is not the pillow for me. It provides no support, squishes down to nothing; and is difficult to sleep on
