[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the pillows as a gift for my sister in law. I can say I was dissapointed in them. I was expecting them to be a bit more firm then they were. I thought for the price and brand I was getting a higher end pillow. These were just ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been through so many lumpy cotton pillows that I finally did some research and settled on trying the TEMPUR-cloud pillow. No cotton lumps will ever form, nice and soft and conforms to your head as you roll around. I've only had it for around 3 months so I can't say whether the quality of the foam will degrade just yet, but for right now its a great pillow with the perfect amount of softness and support for a back and side sleeper like myself, in my opinion. As for value, I think it may be a bit pricey for me personally, unless you get the buy 1 get 1 free deal - this made it feel like a steal when you consider the price of other high quality pillows. Overall I'm happy with it!

Low-profile but still with the perfect amount of support and cushion. Hard to find a memory foam pillow that isn't super bulky and elevated the head to much. This is the perfect balance.

I already own 2 - Tempur-Pedic "Adapt Prolo+Cooling Pillows- Soft and love them. Since purchasing these, I wake up with no neck pain. So when I read about the Tempur-Cloud Pillow which is a lot firmer that this one and the reviews, I purchased 2 of the Cloud Pillow Queen Size. And per the reviews, the pillows did not disappoint. They are firm, but soft enough to sink your head in and still wake up without any neck pain. I now sleep with both, using the cloud pillow as a back rest as well. Or I trade off with each. I love them both and definitely recommend to anyone who suffers from neck pain.

I've had this pillow for two months now and love it. It's quite comfortable. I'm a side sleeper exclusively, about 5'3" and this works. Love it - gentle support all the time!
