Pillow works but it is very low. I would have preferred one that was a bit more substantial and rose higher from the bed. Still, while my neck pain hasn't gone away, it is much improved.

Didn't love that it only comes in one size, which I believe is standard. Would have liked it to be a little longer in length. I do get a great sleep with this pillow. Stays cool and definitely supports my neck better than previous pillow.
