I have a plate in my neck and sleep on my side. Frequently my neck aches and is accompanied by a low grade headache. I tried to many pillows to list. This pillow which I have used daily for 2 years works for me! My wife had a headache and neck ache last night and I let her use my pillow. Needless to say just ordered one for my wife or me depending? Uhm.

This pillow does not hold its shape and is extremely flat. Your face and head just sinks into the pillow with 0 support.
