[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wake up with sharp pain in my ears and numb hands from sleeping on poor pillows. The softness and the way it forms to my head is wonderful and the support it provides is awesome as I am no longer cutting off the circulation to my hand since I wrap my arms under my pillow when I sleep. Wish I would have upgraded long ago!
