[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the past memory foam pillows are always too hard for my head and neck. I've probably spent thousands trying to find a good pillow. This one is outstanding. It is soft but supportive. I am not waking up with pain in my neck and head anymore. It's great for me, a combo sleeper.

It was too soft for me so I went back to my slightly firmer Tempur-pedic Serenity pillow. However, at the time my mom was having severe neck issues and unable to use her former (super firm) pillow. I had her try the Cloud pillow and she absolutely LOVES it and it greatly helped with her neck issues. So everyone is happy and sleeping peacefully!
