[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleep on this pillow, relax on the sofa. The cooling effect helps when I am hot and helps me to rest better at night. If I had to say anything bad that would probably be the weight of the pillow. It does not bother me but others may have trouble moving it around.

Keeps you cool

It's a very heavy pillow so you won't be able to sleep with your arms under it or squish it into any position you'd like. That's the only downfall since I'm a stomach sleeper. I would recommend to friends and family.
