Mattress is great. But delivery service was horrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been a Tempurpedic customer for 13 years. Don't know if I will ever purchase another mattress from them ever again based on the multiple issues we had getting mattress delivered and the poor customer service I had to deal with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this cooking gel pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's comfortable to sleep on, the cooling gel is a good different experience for me but I don't like that it's very soft other than that it relaxes me and I wake up the next morning not feeling tired

Amazing pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow for my husband but it quickly became mine. This pillow Is perfect. Not to firm. I can feel the cooling through my pillowcase. It's made my neck pain better too. I'll never buy another pillow.

Somehow Lives Up To Hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Tempur-Pedic Pro-Adapt (Medium) mattress and four Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows now for about 4 months. Everyone hears all the hype about Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Its the type of hype that is almost never substantiated. Everyone also hears about the high expense of Tempur-Pedic mattresses. For a first time buyer, I was almost certain the mattress would not justify such a high price. The mattress and pillows have 100% lived up to the hype, in my wife and I's opinion. In our opinion, the mattress was worth the high cost also. I fall asleep so quickly now. I love getting into bed every night, because of the alignment sensation you get from the tempur foam. We will never own another brand of mattress again, and I was almost certain when we bought the mattress that I would never pay that much money for a mattress again. Based on the quality of the Tempur-Pedic mattress and pillows, I stand corrected.
