Misleading and Uncomfortable!

I wish I did and did not waste my money on this heavy over priced, uncomfortable pillow! This pillow is too high and really uncomfortable to sleep on if you are smaller. I'm 115 lbs and 5'3 and the thickness of the pillows hurts my neck because it sits too high and does not compact enough when I am laying on it. Not to mention these pillows are so heavy! I want to say it's about 10 lbs! I was under the impression that the warranty mean you can return this pillow if it was not suitable for you and I was wrong! Beware- you can not return this at all! I bought two because of the "great" reviews and so disappointed about the return policy. Now they will be pet beds =( If you are a smaller person I would really consider trying this out in stores 1st! I wish I did and did not waste my money on this heavy over priced, uncomfortable pillow!

We have purchased Tempur pedic pillows in the past and passed them down to our children. These pillows have not held up in the case they are less than 1/2 full, for this price they should maintain the shape and size for years!

This pillow caused me all kinds of neck pain. It is simply too big and I am 6'4" 225lb. Plus the smell. I know all tempur Pedic products smell bad when you first take them out of the box. It took our mattress like 2 weeks to stop stinking. But this pillow was like a wet dog that would never get dry. I cleaned the cover, sprayed it with febreez and left it out in the sun.

The pillow is great for the first five minutes or so and then it starts getting hot. You have to turnover horse get it over to find a cool spot again. And it takes a little bit of time for the shape to recover

The pillow is very hard and gave my husband and I neck problems. Could use for reading in bed if propped up on headboard. I was supposed to receive King-sized pillow covers and they sent me Standard-sized. Not good business and they said they only have standard size available. NOT GOOD! I like the dual-cooling on the pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the comfort of our Tempurpedic bed and pillows. I am disabled and have chronic pain. Having a comfortable mattress and pillows is essential. I really like the new cooling feature of the pillows.
