Cool - BUT......

Wow, how do I start. This pillow cools, but it is so heavy and big and for me is so hard. I really can't use it for a pillow, because it's uncomfortable for me. My head doesn't sink into it. I use it as a body pillow, but it is so heavy to turn, that it I don't know what to do with it. I want its cooling effect so I have to come up with something.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Flattens Within Minutes

I bought two of these pillows with very high expectations because I was tired of sweating at night. I used these the first night and they flatten with no support. The cooling works but the lack of support is sad for such a highly recommended product. I called Tempurpedic and was advised that I was unable to return or exchange the pillow even though there are satisfaction guaranteed logos in every page. This is a sad experience for what I thought was going to be a superior product.

I would give zero stars if I could, this pillow has zero support and just bunches up on the sides when you put your head on it. I would expect a product satisfaction on a pillow this expensive(like other brands do) but all customer service does is tell you obvious suggestions like make sure the temperature of the bedroom affects the pillow.

Felt cool for 6 minutes then feels HOT!

This pillow was a gift. It felt great for 6 minutes then had to flip it over to other cooling pad for another 6 minutes of 'this side DOESN'T cool.' Customer service is awful. I did not ask my family for the receipt because it was a gift! I'm stuck with a 10 pound piece of foam. Will NOT purchase our bed from here. Don't purchase this pillow. It does not perform like they claim. Warranty has proven useless. The store right here in Lexington, KY saw me with the pillow and everyone ignored me.

For the price of this pillow you think it is going to be the greatest pillow ever and it is not! It goes flat and does not stay cool. I find myself waking several times a night having to turn it over and readjust

The cooling aspect of this pillow is amazing, but I don't think the pillow is comfortable. As you can see in the details, it's over 6 inches tall, but the pillow provides no give. It's very hard and uncomfortable.

Too firm and uncomfortable

I tried this pillow in a Tempurpedic Store in Cincinnati, OH and the first time was really good. The first two days I could feel the "cooling breeze", but after that, you will not feel it anymore. The pillow is too firm and uncomfortable. I do NOT recommend it and Tempurpedic do not accept returns. Please be very careful before to buy it.
