[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like a firm pillow and this fits the bill. The cooling properties are also great. I hate to wake up with a sweaty head and haven't since I started using these. Only downside is that the pillows do have a fairly string chemcial smell when I received them. Removing the covers and washing them helped.

I have neck problems, and the pillows have been great for neck alignment and preventing pain. The pillows are also nicely cooling, and keep the perfect temperature on the head and neck.
