[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is marketed as a dual side cooling pillow with 6-8 inches of neck and head support. The pillow sleeps quite hot and requires ongoing flipping to experience the "as advertised" cooling effects...unless you sleep with your hand under your pillow, then you are out of luck; the pillow will be warm on both sides. Also, the support this pillow is reported to give is questionable. It quite quickly compacts from the 6-8 inches it maintains while resting on the bed. I purchased this pillow (purchased 2 for the primary suite) to replace my previous cooling memory foam pillows and after 2 weeks, went back to my previous pillows that sleep much cooler. The pillows are quite heavy, and would seem to be a quality product but for the issues I noted above.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical when I saw this pillow, but after purchasing it, I am so pleased that I did. It is really heavy and firm But not hard, which is exactly what I needed. The most important is the cooling. It really works well for my head at night. Living in Florida, the bedroom does get warmish, even with the air conditioning, but now my head stays cool. Even when I put my arms on the pillow to cuddle with it, I get cool on my arms very very pleased and worth the money.
