So, when I saw that these were on sale I decided to get some more because they are my favorites. Well, these are NOT the same as the original ones I have. They don't hold their shape like the old ones. Something is different about them. It's like the material was changed for a cheaper product and the integrity of the pillow has been lost. They are just okay now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pillow arrived in a damaged box. The pillow is extremely poor quality. It is very soft, not medium/firm as advertised. For the price of this pillow, I would expect a high-quality product as well as a high-quality customer service experience, neither of which are true in this case. I contacted customer service With zero help or support. I specifically purchased this pillow looking for some thing more firm to support my neck, and this is not at all as advertised. As they do not allow any returns, despite the fact that it has not been used even one night, I will unfortunately have to waste all of the materials and throw this in the trash, and I have spent nearly $200. A waste of time and money, this company does not care about quality or customer service. Don't waste your time or money.
