[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is high quality and does offer cooling as designed but it is a bit too hard. Perhaps it'll soften over time with use but it isn't getting much use due to the hardness so that'll be tough to tell.

It was way too tall for sleeping on my side and too firm for sleeping on my back. Perhaps a taller, heavier man would find it ok.

I'm use to a latex pillow that is smaller and lighter and a feather pillow. I like the way it molds to my head and neck. Think it takes time to get use to the different material. Hoping I do.
