It was way too tall for sleeping on my side and too firm for sleeping on my back. Perhaps a taller, heavier man would find it ok.

I'm use to a latex pillow that is smaller and lighter and a feather pillow. I like the way it molds to my head and neck. Think it takes time to get use to the different material. Hoping I do.
