[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is advertised as a medium firm pillow. What I received was more like a super soft that flattened when you lay your head on it. Tempur pedic will do nothing to fix the problem. They do not do refunds or returns and warranty said there is not visible problem with the pillow. If you want your money stolen then buy this pillow. If not then steer clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd time I've bought this pillow. The first one i got from my local furniture store and loved it!!! The second I ordered from here and after a couple of years I decided it was time to replace it. I buy this pillow particularly for the extra cooling and neck pain relief. This time however, it seems like a completely different pillow. It doesn't feel the same or seem to have any cooling to it at all. I'm super bummed and will have to start another "quest" to find something better.

This has been my go to pillow for years with multiple purchases. The firm support and cooling were just what I need for my cervical spine issues. The only pillow where I didn't wake up in pain.. I would have rated the older version a 10. My most resent purchase the pillow was soft, unsupported, and not even cooling. If you like a soft pillow that goes flat, this pillow is for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own two tempur-pedic pillows that are about 8 years old and they are my favorite pillows by far. They offer great head and neck support whether I am lying on my back or my side. I decided to order a new tempur-pedic cloud breeze pillow for our vacation home and I was looking forward to the comfort I was accustomed to. Instead, I found this pillow did not offer the same support. It immediately sinks down and goes flat and you can't fluff it. The cooling feature does work briefly but in no way does it make up for the lack of comfort and support. This was an expensive pillow which I cannot return or exchange and is no better than the pillow I was trying to replace.
