This pillow is super soft but it flattens out instantly, and feels hard, it's not for side sleepers, me and husband wake up constantly during the night, this pillow is not comfortable at all, it's easy too expensive it doesn't do what it's supposed to do and if course you can't return it or get a refund. My opinion it's overpriced junk!

I was looking for a thicker pillow and it starts thick, but squishes to flat. The cooling lasts about 10 seconds aswell then its warm.
